Description

  • Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails across multiple support channels.
  • Proactively identify solutions to customer questions and anticipate pet owner needs.
  • Own customer issues from start to finish and escalate feedback when needed.
  • Provide a best-in-class service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Offer technical support to customers navigating the website.
  • Create a delightful customer experience during each interaction, not just solve the immediate issue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the vet or healthcare space.
  • 6+ months of professional experience using computer-based and web-based tools.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience.
  • Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday through Friday.
  • Comfortable working in virtual environments and speaking with customers by phone for the duration of the shift.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Private home workspace that is free of distractions and allows full attention to customers.
  • 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working virtually preferred.
  • Experience in veterinary or pet care preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member preferred.
  • Animal lover is a plus.
