Description

  • Define and own the product roadmap for a business-critical area of Affinity's CRM.
  • Develop product strategy, including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and revenue or ROI considerations.
  • Build a deep understanding of core markets and customer needs through research, data analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Lead user research, product analytics deep dives, and roadmap definition for the CRM product.
  • Partner with design and engineering to lead discovery, definition, design, and delivery planning.
  • Maintain the product backlog and drive execution from prototyping through development and release.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales on feature development, QA, and launch.
  • Analyze customer feedback and new product ideas to inform product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to CRM workflows and work with dedicated AI teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Contribute to a collaborative product team culture focused on craft, growth, and iterative delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company.
  • Enterprise software experience is a plus.
  • Experience working end-to-end with engineering and design teams to drive business impact.
  • Experience simplifying complex products into clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
  • Experience managing complex product modernizations or platform migrations while preserving user continuity.
  • Strong communication skills that support cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users.
  • Proven design thinking and ruthless prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex user problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience thinking about how AI can improve workflows, reduce friction, or unlock new user behaviors.
  • A passion for Affinity and the problems the company is solving.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $152,000 to $190,000 CAD.
