Description

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect and document essential client and case information and ensure details are accurately logged.
  • Provide case updates and general information to help clients navigate the legal process.
  • Address client issues and concerns professionally and empathetically, escalating complex matters when needed.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing client files.
  • Maintain a customer-focused experience as the primary contact for clients.
  • Work closely with team members to support overall client service and case management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a legal or office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when working with clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client situations professionally and calmly.
