Description

  • Analyze, develop, and improve Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking functionality.
  • Support platform-level development and technical debt reduction.
  • Configure FLEXCUBE products, parameters, events, accounting roles, and accounting rules.
  • Support migration and banking transformation initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements and core banking processes into technical solutions.
  • Investigate production issues using SQL, database queries, application logs, interfaces, and documentation.
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
  • Analyze SOAP/REST integrations and XML messages.
  • Work with FLEXCUBE database, application, and interface architecture.
  • Collaborate with business, architecture, development, Core Banking, and support teams.

Requirements

  • Senior-level commercial experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of core banking operations, including account lifecycles, interest and fee calculations, accounting entries, and regulatory reporting concepts.
  • Experience with FLEXCUBE product setup, parameters, events, accounting roles and rules, databases, applications, and integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, and validation.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST APIs and XML messages.
  • Ability to analyze UNIX/Linux application logs and technical documentation.
  • Production or application support experience with complex platform-level problem solving.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 or SWIFT MT/MX and Oracle FLEXCUBE certification are preferred.
