Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with accounts in an assigned geographic market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers and key account stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through account growth and new business prospecting.
  • Develop and execute collaborative sales-driving programs with retail partners and trade marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including owners, buyers, dispensary managers, and budtenders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand product distribution within existing accounts.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy, decision-making, and performance measurement.
  • Own daily CRM activity in Salesforce, including contact updates, interaction logging, and follow-up tasks.
  • Contribute to company KPIs related to field activity, sales, distribution, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Central South New Jersey.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility.
  • 2+ years of cannabis industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Must meet Kiva’s Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel extensively 4 days per week within the assigned market.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must be able to load, unload, and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
