Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery and ideation through to release and iteration.
  • Work with Lead Product Managers to align product strategy with client outcomes and company objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to stay close to the problem space.
  • Define, manage, and prioritise the product roadmap around the highest-impact work.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends in sports performance technology to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to translate insights into well-scoped, outcome-driven deliverables.
  • Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions and measure product outcomes.
  • Build and communicate the commercial case for roadmap investments, linking product decisions to retention, expansion, and customer value.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Track record as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end to end.
  • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through release and ongoing iteration.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating complex user needs into clear product requirements.
  • Strong background in building products with design at the centre of the approach.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decisions.
  • Commercial awareness of how product decisions influence revenue, retention, and customer value.
  • Ability to analyse the competitive landscape and turn market signals into actionable product insights.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar to support discovery, research, prototyping, and decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at direct-to-customer standard.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Experience working with or within professional sports organisations, clubs, federations, or leagues (preferred).
  • Familiarity with sports performance, sports science, or athlete health workflows (preferred).
  • Understanding of how performance staff use technology in day-to-day work (preferred).
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to do occasional weekend work to support US-based clients and the global roadmap.
