Description

Review incoming community interactions across social media platforms and communicate directly with players.
Respond to comments and player questions in a timely manner.
Create engaging social media content.
Build reports on community growth and engagement and recommend improvements.
Collate and report player feedback to developers.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming game community.
Moderate discussions and comments according to community guidelines.
Proactively suggest ways to grow and support the community.
Create and update related documentation as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in community management or social media for gaming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bilingual ability, especially English with French, Spanish, or German, is a plus.
Passion for video games and social media.
Strong understanding of community and social media platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
Experience with social listening and social management best practices.
Experience managing or moderating a thriving gaming community.
Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, adult education, or a related field.
Full-time availability is typically required, though part-time availability may be considered depending on projects.
