Description

  • Develop and implement growth strategy and operational delivery for Globalize accounts using project management tools.
  • Manage a global client footprint and program, driving actions to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with Portfolio Directors, Production peers, Client Engagement, and Implementation teams on long-term Localization and QA strategies.
  • Participate in high-level business decisions and provide insights on how Localization and QA supports expansion and market penetration.
  • Manage complex clients, budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for Localization and QA initiatives.
  • Allocate resources across multiple projects and regions and make higher-level financial decisions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise the quality and effectiveness of Localization and QA delivery.
  • Handle complex project issues, including quality problems, vendor failures, and market changes.
  • Design workflows and oversee onboarding for Localization and QA services and technology implementations.
  • Coach and mentor team members, support growth plans, and provide performance feedback and assessments.
  • Create production reports, share forecasts with Finance, and support account quoting efforts.
  • Drive adoption of new Localization and QA technologies and tools and lead standardization across locations.

Requirements

  • Excellent team management and organizational skills.
  • Experience delivering standard work processes along with tactical and operational expertise.
  • Ability to develop business processes, procedural documents, detailed project plans, and status reporting mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Proactive approach with initiative, ownership, and the ability to know when to escalate issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with local and international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong data, metrics, and performance management skills.
  • High cultural sensitivity and experience working with multicultural teams, preferably in a large global business.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA, preferably in a multinational context.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Benefits

  • Base salary of USD $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, permanent employment.
