Description

  • Develop and implement growth strategy and operational delivery plans for Globalize accounts.
  • Manage one or multiple strategic client books of business and drive actions to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with Portfolio Directors, Production peers, Client Engagement, and Implementation teams on account strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement long-term Localization and QA strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Use performance metrics, forecasting, and financial planning to guide resource allocation and decision-making.
  • Lead complex Localization and QA projects, including workflow design, onboarding, and technology implementations.
  • Oversee project production to ensure timelines, consistency, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
  • Handle escalations and crises such as quality issues, vendor failures, and market changes.
  • Coach, mentor, and assess team members while planning growth paths with HR.
  • Create production reports, maintain client documentation, and support account meetings and project quoting.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA, preferably in a multinational context.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent team management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience developing business processes, procedural documents, detailed project plans, and status reporting mechanisms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, metrics, and performance management.
  • High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with multicultural and international teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools.
