Description

  • Develop and implement growth and operational delivery strategies for global Localization and QA accounts.
  • Partner with Portfolio Directors, Production Management peers, and Client Engagement teams to improve profitability and operational footprint.
  • Own a global client footprint and program, driving actions to increase revenue and/or profitability.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Directors and the Implementation team to define and execute long-term Localization and QA strategies.
  • Participate in high-level decision-making and provide input on how Localization and QA can support business expansion and market penetration.
  • Manage strategic client budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for Localization and QA initiatives.
  • Allocate resources across multiple projects and regions to support effective delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of Localization and QA services.
  • Resolve complex project issues and crises, including quality problems, vendor failures, and market changes.
  • Oversee workflow design, onboarding, project delivery, reporting, client documentation, and account meetings while coaching and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA, preferably in a multinational context.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent team management and organizational skills.
  • Experience delivering standardized work processes and operational/tactical work.
  • Ability to develop business processes, detailed project plans, and status reporting mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with local and international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong skills in data, metrics, performance delivery, and Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Benefits

  • Total compensation of CAD$100,000 to CAD$130,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, permanent employment.
