Description

  • Identify, build, and execute strategic deals and partnerships to accelerate adoption and revenue growth for Player Engagement Services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Player Engagement across Keywords divisions to develop and execute “One Keywords” cross-division opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and execute complex deals, including presenting proposals and closing agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new product features and Player Engagement offerings.
  • Receive and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs and manage the proposal process for enterprise opportunities.
  • Use and expand industry networks to create new enterprise opportunities and introduce Player Engagement Services to new clients.
  • Represent Keywords at conferences and public forums, including speaking opportunities, to promote Player Engagement Services.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and prepare regular pipeline and business review reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) while collaborating with internal teams to align on client initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of business development experience in or around the video game industry.
  • Proven experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, SVP, VP).
  • Experience negotiating and executing complex deals in excess of $10M.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial discussions, present proposals, and close strategic agreements.
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and process-driven execution.
  • Data-driven mentality with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a remote working environment, and willing to travel as required.
