Description

  • Translate Chinese game content into Korean for ongoing localization projects.
  • Complete questionnaires, translation tests, and review steps as part of the selection process.
  • Work with translation leads during evaluation and onboarding for future assignments.
  • Contribute to both batch localization projects and continuous content updates.
  • Deliver localized text that supports an authentic player experience across markets.
  • Manage work independently in a freelance, remote collaboration setting.

Requirements

  • Korean must be native or near-native level.
  • Chinese comprehension must be upper-intermediate to advanced; HSK certification is preferred.
  • A university degree in translation or a related language field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of localization experience is required.
  • Experience with game localization and a strong interest in video games is required.
  • Strong computer skills are required; experience with CAT tools and TM/terminology management tools is preferred.
  • Membership in a professional association is a plus.
  • Applicants must be able to work as freelance translators worldwide.
  • An English or Chinese resume is required.
  • Applicants must respond in English or Chinese.
