Description

  • Design, build, and iterate on customer-facing AI agents using Python and Node.js.
  • Develop orchestration, tool use, memory, and conversation logic for agentic systems.
  • Contribute to backend services using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and vector databases.
  • Help develop an omnichannel platform supporting web, messaging, voice, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to define agent behavior and workflows.
  • Define technical patterns and best practices as the platform scales globally.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high-quality engineering culture.
  • Work across the full stack, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
  • Help architect and scale the platform using cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience with TypeScript across the stack.
  • Experience with Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, including API design, service patterns, and PostgreSQL database modelling.
  • Experience building or working closely with LLM-powered or agentic systems using Python.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, or similar.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering software products at scale.
  • A product-focused mindset with attention to users and outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AgentCore, or similar (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with streaming, real-time, or event-driven architectures (nice to have).
  • Background in automotive, dealership tech, or B2B SaaS (nice to have).
