Description

  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for hardware and plan upgrades.
  • Negotiate renewals, close expansion deals, and pursue referrals and reviews to grow accounts.
  • Build trust by listening to customers, uncovering needs, and positioning Keycafe solutions effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Plan, organize, and execute outreach and account activities independently with discipline.
  • Manage customer relationships to encourage advocacy, referrals, and case study/testimonial collection.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience.
  • Confident, clear communicator with excellent English (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to self-manage in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude to manage customer expenses and upgrades.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation by commission-based compensation and personal accountability.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (nice to have).
  • SaaS/IoT experience or familiarity with subscription-based business models (nice to have).
  • Previous success in customer advocacy roles (e.g., collecting referrals, case studies, or testimonials) (nice to have).

  • Base salary $15,000–$20,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission with expected OTE of $25,000–$40,000 USD.
