Description

  • Own final-stage platform delivery, including missing features, performance improvements, and production readiness.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend and/or full-stack application components.
  • Support live operations through environment configuration, deployments, monitoring, and debugging.
  • Translate business and operational needs into reliable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on architecture decisions and roadmap sequencing with a strong execution focus.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to improve workflows, automation, and platform reliability.
  • Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new client or provider platform integrations.
  • Interface directly with partners or clients to surface requirements and integration risks early.
  • Document integrations and operational handoffs to reduce downtime and support repeatable workflows.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently in an outcome-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong backend experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with mobile or front-end development; React or React Native preferred, and Swift is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience taking an existing product across the finish line and into production.
  • Familiarity with operating production systems, including deployments, monitoring, debugging, and CI/CD basics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with comfort in video and live discussions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high accountability.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into shipped outcomes.
  • Must be located in the Americas and able to overlap working hours with U.S. teams.
  • Experience with platform, marketplace, broker, or multi-tenant systems is a plus.
  • DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience is a plus.
  • Experience building operational tooling or automation is a plus.
  • Startup or small team experience with high ownership expectations is a plus.
  • Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments is a plus.
