Description

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for the EMEA region in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer segments to grow revenue.
  • Build prospecting strategies and maintain a scalable, high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Develop, manage, and expand direct sales channels and distributor networks across EMEA.
  • Evaluate existing distributor relationships and improve partner performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Support account managers on partner strategy, enablement, and channel performance.
  • Serve as the main commercial point of contact for customers, end users, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Monitor, report on, and align KPIs with regional growth targets.
  • Coordinate with warehousing partners to meet commercial activities and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a regional sales, business development, or commercial management role, ideally in an international or multi-territory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage distributor networks and channel partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in both German and Dutch, spoken and written, is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 4–5 days per week, including international travel within EMEA and to the USA.
  • Comfort working occasionally in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments and near mechanical equipment.
  • Background in industrial packaging, logistics, supply chain, or cargo-securement sectors is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-country territories across EMEA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and distribution operations is advantageous.
