Description

  • Target new customers through cold outreach and lead-generation campaigns by phone and email, with a focus on the DACH region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Communicate with German- and English-speaking customers verbally and in writing.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings with new clients.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers and develop relationships with key contacts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products and stay current on product updates and changes.
  • Use Salesforce to track pipeline, account activity, and sales progress accurately.
  • Facilitate proposal review processes for new business opportunities.
  • Participate in cold-call practice, role-play activities, and shadowing with colleagues.
  • Ensure customers are on active Keeper contracts and leverage additional sales resources to identify new business targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software sales experience.
  • Native-level bilingual proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
  • Proven record of selling software into IT organizations.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Web-conference demo experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of the information security industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM tool; Salesforce.com expertise is highly desired.
