Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack engineers while fostering quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Write production code, conduct code reviews, and help set coding standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive features.
  • Define and drive Fullstack technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Fullstack engineering talent.
  • Integrate AI-assisted coding tools and automated LLM-based testing into daily development workflows.
  • Architect and build AI-first UI patterns and prompt-driven interfaces in collaboration with the LLM Platform team.
  • Break product roadmaps into actionable engineering sprints and manage execution across the team.
  • Prioritize work to balance technical debt with feature delivery and maintain delivery pace.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional Fullstack development experience, with most experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Deep expertise in at least one major frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience building complex, data-heavy UIs with real-time data visualization.
  • Solid grasp of performance optimization, including bundle size, rendering, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
  • Experience with state management patterns such as Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar.
  • Proficiency with testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component library development.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a Fullstack engineering team.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and conduct impactful code reviews.
  • Experience defining Fullstack architecture for large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, GraphQL, and system design.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to balance technical debt management with feature delivery.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with ad-tech, real-time bidding platforms, or high-traffic data products.
  • Nice to have: contributions to open-source Fullstack projects or community involvement.
  • Nice to have: experience building interfaces for AI/ML-powered products.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt-driven UI patterns.
