Description

  • Analyze, document, and assess end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using technology adoption, ERP optimization, and process redesign.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to design and improve ERP-based processes, with Oracle preferred.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain policies, SOPs, and work instructions to improve consistency and compliance.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times.
  • Support cross-functional projects by providing supply chain process expertise and aligning changes with business objectives.
  • Identify, document, and embed process controls to reduce risk and support compliance requirements.
  • Lead process change communication and training to drive stakeholder adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations, preferably in a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Subject matter expertise in manufacturing supply chain processes, ideally supporting hardware or IT server manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Experience translating business needs into efficient, system-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Lean or continuous improvement mindset is preferred.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and change management skills.
  • Risk and control awareness in an operational environment.

  • $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annual compensation.
