Description

  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, workflows, validation rules, Flow automation, and related configurations.
  • Execute Salesforce deployments using Gearset and Salesforce Change Sets to support compliant release cycles.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain Gearset deployments and third-party integrations.
  • Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while preserving data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct recurring data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health.
  • Establish and enforce data entry standards, deduplication processes, and governance practices.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and configurations to support new business functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain system stability.
  • Maintain Salesforce platform updates, security standards, release features, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and create training materials for end users.
  • Support cloud architecture and container-based deployments in AWS, including CodePipeline and CloudFormation.
  • Work with AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, and Route53.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of service desk or technical support experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Gearset and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems to support structured deployment processes.
  • Prior system administration or software configuration experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education in software systems and technology.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing business environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Certified SysOps/Developer/Architect Administrator or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator.
  • Preferred Gearset Fundamentals certification.
