Description

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational workflows.
Improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Monitor and optimize system cost.
Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns.
Help maintain observability and incident response processes.
Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure against industry standards.
Support the scalability of cloud-based systems as the company grows.
Work with a global team of full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers on scalable backend solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, security, performance, and infrastructure.
Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
Experience with Python, the company’s main stack, or a strong object-oriented programming background.
Experience with serverless technologies such as Lambda and EC2.
Experience with asynchronous workflows and cloud environments.
Comfortable working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
Experience with Terraform, infrastructure-as-code best practices, and Docker or similar tools.
Bonus: experience with LLMs or generative AI.
Bonus: experience with distributed systems.
