Description

  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational workflows.
  • Improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize system cost.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns.
  • Help maintain observability and incident response processes.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure against industry standards.
  • Support the scalability of cloud-based systems as the company grows.
  • Work with a global team of full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers on scalable backend solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
  • Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, security, performance, and infrastructure.
  • Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Python, the company’s main stack, or a strong object-oriented programming background.
  • Experience with serverless technologies such as Lambda and EC2.
  • Experience with asynchronous workflows and cloud environments.
  • Comfortable working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Terraform, infrastructure-as-code best practices, and Docker or similar tools.
  • Bonus: experience with LLMs or generative AI.
  • Bonus: experience with distributed systems.
