Description

  • Configure and deploy Kalepa’s AI platform for new clients using deep knowledge of the platform, insurance workflows, and client businesses.
  • Drive initial client setup and configuration to deliver outcomes aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep implementation projects on track and on time.
  • Triage, investigate, and communicate client-reported issues and feedback clearly.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing work and switching contexts effectively.
  • Improve delivery efficiency by creating scalable processes, templates, documentation, and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and evolve internal tools and external workflows as the client base grows.
  • Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specifications, and training materials.
  • Support the Client Success team in meeting project deadlines in an accurate and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.
  • Technical proficiency with complex enterprise technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • A process-oriented mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial technology software implementations is a plus.
  • History of delivering a superior client experience in Insurance Tech or related software deployment domains is preferred.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of Kalepa’s platform and take a hands-on approach to configuration and deployment.
