Description

  • Develop and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities by expanding within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and align security and managed services solutions to their needs.
  • Design tailored solutions using knowledge of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and emergency nurse call systems.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate client needs into accurate deliverables.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across the security and IT service portfolio.
  • Stay current on security technologies, products, and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of technical sales or account management experience in security or related industries.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, fire systems, intrusion detection, access control, or emergency nurse call systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with digital and security technologies.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable client and business outcomes.
