Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties while following documentation and service standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely status updates.
  • Own assigned tasks by understanding project scopes and service expectations and delivering results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and fostering collaboration.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and support continuous improvement through feedback.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Perform work on nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Complete Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation.
  • Configure and commission systems to ensure they are fully operational.
  • Provide basic customer training on system operation and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from prior work.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Familiarity with fire, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license required.
