Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties while following documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, providing timely updates and organized follow-through.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks by understanding project scopes and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating work within the team’s capabilities.
  • Mentor Level I installers and support their development through feedback and guidance.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Install and support nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and readiness.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Provide basic operations training to customers and accept additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from prior work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope.
  • Experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Prior knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
