Description

  • Assist with mass hiring by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and support successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience hiring for non-tech roles such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, or Finance.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
  • High attention to detail in editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling.
  • Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities.
  • Experience hiring for Product or Marketing roles is a strong plus.
