Description

  • Work 8-hour shifts supporting infrastructure operations.
  • Monitor the infrastructure using multiple monitoring tools.
  • Perform preliminary investigation of alerts and incidents.
  • Conduct basic triage of requests and problems.
  • Communicate issues clearly and escalate problems when needed.
  • Interact with DevOps and Engineering teams to support resolution efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, and Opsgenie.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server 2022 and 2019 administration principles.
  • Experience with networks and network-related concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • English level: Pre-Intermediate.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Ansible is a plus.
  • Experience with MetaTrader is a plus.
  • Experience in the trading domain is a plus.
