Description

  • Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
  • Build and maintain publishing calendars, ensuring accurate and timely content delivery.
  • Optimize posts using platform-specific formatting, tagging, accessibility, hashtags, and best practices.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, escalating issues and opportunities as appropriate.
  • Support executive and employee advocacy programs and paid amplification initiatives.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements to reach, engagement, follower growth, and referral traffic.
  • Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content.
  • Monitor website health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, keyword rankings, and organic search performance.
  • Create dashboards and recurring reports covering audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and organic performance.
  • Improve publishing workflows, governance, quality standards, automation, and AI-enabled digital operations.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
  • Demonstrated success growing owned digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of social publishing platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement practices.
  • Experience with technical and on-page SEO using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with website content management systems and implementing SEO recommendations.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple publishing workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring continuous optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools.
  • Experience in energy, technology, infrastructure, or other mission-driven industries is preferred.
  • Currently based in the Philippines and able to work the Eastern Timezone night shift.
  • Equipment-ready for full-time remote work, including a laptop and headset.
