Description

  • Define and execute the roadmap for trading products in alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve trading features and user flows based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Lead optimization efforts to improve platform performance, usability, reliability, scalability, and stability.
  • Develop and prioritize innovative trading features, including charting tools, algorithmic trading, and risk management tools.
  • Ensure trading tools integrate seamlessly with other company products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track financial market trends to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, IT, engineering, trading, compliance, marketing, customer support, legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure trading products comply with regulatory requirements across operating regions.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as uptime, trade execution speed, user satisfaction, and product performance.
  • Conduct usability testing and use performance metrics to refine product features and interfaces.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the CFD, forex, or trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader or proprietary platforms and financial instruments.
  • Understanding of APIs, trading algorithms, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with trading platform architecture and functionality.
  • In-depth understanding of CFDs, forex, and financial markets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in financial markets are a plus.
