Description

  • Act as the primary product manager for the Predictions Exchange and ensure the platform meets global B2B and B2C market needs.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and requirements gathering through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Prioritize the product backlog in close partnership with a large engineering team.
  • Align technical requirements with business goals across product delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline and improve the product development process.
  • Ensure the Predictions Exchange scales as the operational backbone of the business.
  • Bridge high-level strategy with day-to-day technical execution for the team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a strong individual contributor who can execute independently and get things done.
  • Solid understanding of, or strong interest in, the sports industry.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to shipping.
  • Ability to work effectively with large engineering teams and understand complex exchange or transactional technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across Europe and US time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities and requirements change quickly.
  • Experience with exchange technology or prediction markets is a plus.
  • Previous experience in crypto or fintech is a plus.
