Description

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create interactive elements and user flows that support seamless navigation.
  • Organize content logically to improve accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, then present insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
  • Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation.
  • Stay current on UX trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to building, refactoring, and maintaining the product design system.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure consistent design system implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with product company experience required.
  • Strong experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
  • Ability to design intuitive interactions such as navigation, micro-interactions, and interactive elements.
  • Experience with responsive design across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems, including components, tokens, and guidelines.
  • Experience with prototyping and rapid iteration in Figma or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient English skills at B2+ level, both written and spoken.
  • User-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with FinTech products is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance the product design workflow is a plus.
