Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design for major product areas, from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and final execution on mobile and web.
  • Partner early with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Design user experiences that improve activation, engagement, retention, and conversion while maintaining a high-quality, intuitive user experience.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and keep the team grounded in real user needs.
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that ensure consistency across the app, web, and marketing surfaces.
  • Help raise design quality, improve processes, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and contribute to a strong design culture.
  • Work across ambiguous problems and help shape solutions from the ground up.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience designing and delivering consumer products.
  • Strong experience owning end-to-end user journeys on mobile and web.
  • Ability to balance product thinking, systems design, and visual craft.
  • Comfort working on ambiguous problems and shaping solutions from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Experience using tools such as Figma and interaction prototyping to bring ideas to life.
  • Passion for Bitcoin, financial empowerment, and the future of money.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Experience in a senior-level product design role is preferred.
