Description

  • Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Produce animations for company events, including intros, loops, and presentations.
  • Adapt and localize video content for different countries and languages.
  • Scale content production by creating multiple variations from master videos.
  • Use Adobe After Effects templates and AI tools to speed up production.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams from concept through final delivery.
  • Edit existing footage for recaps, advertisements, and event videos.
  • Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Stay current on motion design, social media, and fintech video trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Strong sense of timing and rhythm in video editing.
  • Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
  • Experience adapting or localizing video content.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Open to feedback and able to explain creative decisions.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
  • Experience creating content for LATAM, SEA, or MENA regions is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of sound design and audio-video synchronization is a plus.
  • Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
