Description

  • Manage the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.
  • Oversee international logistics and customs processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery of IT assets.
  • Conduct tenders and collaborate with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Maintain and update asset management records within ERP systems.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Work across multiple time zones to support global procurement operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement.
  • Proven experience in international logistics and customs processes.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing tenders.
  • Basic understanding of IT equipment configurations and pricing.
  • Experience with asset management or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • High level of organization and a structured approach to work.
  • Proactivity and ability to operate in uncertain environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience with IT equipment or in IT companies (plus).
  • Experience with global vendors or procurement platforms (plus).
  • Ability to build processes from scratch (plus).
