Description

  • Respond to client inquiries and communicate effectively across live chat, email, and phone support channels.
  • Analyze customer information to recommend solutions and resolve problems appropriately.
  • Clarify customer concerns, identify root causes, and follow through on corrections or adjustments until issues are resolved.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service that supports long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Build rapport with clients and help de-escalate conflict or opposition.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing related support tasks as needed.
  • Maintain quality standards when processing customer adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledge of Google tools, including Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Ability to identify solutions and present them clearly in verbal and written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Own a laptop with Windows and at least 16 GB RAM, or an Apple Mac from 2015 onward.
  • Stable internet connection.
