Description

  • Respond to clients efficiently via live chat to understand and service their needs.
  • Analyze customer data to recommend solutions and resolve issues.
  • Identify the cause of product or service problems and explain the best resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Build rapport with clients and diffuse conflict when needed.
  • Maintain positive long-term client relationships and support repeat business.
  • Contribute to team efforts and related operational results as needed.
  • Commit to meeting quality standards in customer adjustments and support processing.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to identify solutions and communicate them clearly in verbal and written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Own a laptop with Windows and at least 8 GB RAM or an Apple Mac from 2015 onward.
  • Stable internet connection.
