Description

  • Lead trade and field marketing strategy across the JuneShine Brands portfolio (retail, events, festivals, partnerships, samplings, promotions) with ~10–15% field execution.
  • Develop and execute brand-, channel-, and region-specific go-to-market plans and localized market activations aligned with sales goals and distributor networks.
  • Manage annual marketing calendars and campaigns, including creative assets, selling materials, and promotional programs.
  • Build, activate, and negotiate partnerships with key retail and distributor partners to maximize ROI and brand impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Creative, Media, PR, and Operations to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Own divisional A&P budgets and marketing metrics, using data and insights to optimize spend and measure success (velocity, volume, visibility).
  • Inspire and lead in-market execution, manage complex budgets, and oversee high-value sponsorships and partnership agreements.
  • Travel to key markets as needed to support field activations and distributor/retailer relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Minimum of 5 years of trade marketing experience in the beverage industry (wine, spirits, beer, or THC).
  • Must be based in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee and able to travel to key markets.
  • Proven experience developing and executing trade marketing strategies across retail, on‑premise, and off‑premise channels.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage high-value partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms/tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, VIP) to inform decisions.
  • Willing and able to travel 8–12 days per month (including overnights as needed).
  • Nice to have: experience with multi-brand portfolios or national-level trade programs, experience managing or building teams, and strong experience working with distributor networks and retail partners.

  • Salary range $115,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
