Description

  • Partner with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to translate new features and GTM motions into technical enablement materials.
  • Build responsive courses and learning paths in Articulate Rise using LMS functionality.
  • Create interactive simulations using Navattic and produce video tutorials and screen recordings in Camtasia.
  • Use generative AI tools such as Claude to draft scripts, brainstorm structures, build assessments, and speed up content iteration.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Writing team to align on release schedules and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Manage projects, review cycles, and content assets in Google Workspace across engineering, product, and field teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn product features and identity/device management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience or strong comfort with Articulate Rise and video editing tools like Camtasia.
  • Experience with or aptitude for building interactive walkthroughs using Navattic or similar no-code simulation tools.
  • High comfort level working in Google Workspace and using AI tools like Claude for writing and editing.
  • Ability to distill technical release notes and developer updates into clear instructional copy and video scripts.
  • A digital portfolio, media reel, or relevant work samples is required.
  • Preferred: strong background in content creation with day-to-day experience building polished digital media assets from scratch.
  • Preferred: demonstrated success turning dense engineering updates into bite-sized training modules for external customers.
  • Preferred: hands-on LMS experience creating learning paths, uploading multimedia assets, and managing user experiences.
  • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment aligned with rapid product release and GTM schedules.
