Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based dental practices.
  • Build, launch, and refine Performance Max campaigns with a focus on lead quality.
  • Implement and manage Target CPA bidding strategies to control cost per lead.
  • Use Google Business Profile and Google Maps ad placements alongside Search campaigns.
  • Track and distinguish lead sources for accurate client reporting.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations on a regular basis.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform changes, beta features, and best practices.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end from strategy and build through optimization and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in local lead generation via Google Ads for U.S. local B2C businesses.
  • Experience integrating Google Business Profile with Google Ads and understanding Maps/Local ads alongside Search.
  • Proven experience setting, monitoring, and adjusting Target CPA bidding strategies.
  • Experience building and optimizing Performance Max campaigns for lead quality.
  • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads is a bonus.
  • Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Editor is a bonus.
  • Experience working with U.S. dental offices is a bonus.
  • Experience working with U.S. medical practices is a bonus.
  • Must be available for full-time remote work with U.S. overlap hours from 5am–2pm EST.
