Description

  • Source top-quality technical and non-technical candidates for a variety of client roles with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create tailored sourcing strategies to attract best-fit candidates for each client.
  • Build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines for common roles to shift sourcing from reactive to proactive.
  • Research and assess external talent pools to align with client needs and hiring goals.
  • Choose and optimize the most effective sourcing platforms and channels to reach strong candidates.
  • Test new sourcing methods and tools to improve candidate attraction and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Track sourcing KPIs, including candidate volume, interview conversion, pipeline strength, outreach performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to make sourcing faster, sharper, and more effective.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear and human outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sourcer, especially finding talent in international markets.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies from scratch for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in-house, at an agency, or in RPO, with an understanding of how sourcing fits into the wider hiring process.
  • Confidence using ATS tools and candidate databases to stay organized and move quickly.
  • Willingness to try new sourcing methods and tools, even when results are uncertain.
  • Strong communication skills and a candidate-first approach that feels personal rather than templated.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable solving problems independently.
  • Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor.
  • Availability to work full-time, mainly 9am–5pm CET, with occasional early evening US client onboarding calls.
