Description

  • Own end-to-end management and growth of the Brutus & Barnaby Amazon channel, including revenue, conversion rate, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute Amazon strategy and promotional plans (Lightning Deals, Prime events, SKU-level promotions) to identify and capture growth opportunities.
  • Create and optimize listings, A+ content, titles, bullets, descriptions, and the Brand Storefront, coordinating with the creative team on image stacks and compliance.
  • Oversee PPC strategy by coordinating with the existing PPC agency, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring ads remain relevant and effective.
  • Monitor and manage account health, handling listing suppressions, variations, and catalog issues, and oversee staff who manage day-to-day catalog operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations on inventory planning and forecasting, and with customer service and marketing to support Amazon performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting, translate Amazon data into actionable insights, flag risks and opportunities to leadership, and act as the company’s internal Amazon expert.
  • Lead and manage the Amazon team, ensuring project execution aligns with company vision and catalog performance goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing Amazon brands in Seller Central with proven experience growing revenue.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ content, PPC strategy/optimization, Amazon algorithm, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing a larger product catalog (75+ SKUs) and handling listing suppressions, variations, and other catalog issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using business reports, ads data, and forecasting to drive decisions.
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion and leading teams effectively.
  • Hands-on attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication/soft skills.
  • Availability to work full-time (8 am–4 pm EST) with flexibility to handle emergencies and occasional weekends (with additional pay).
  • Willingness to work remotely as an independent contractor and handle any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
  • Preferred: experience in pet, CPG, or consumables categories; advanced Excel skills; accounting knowledge or experience working with external agencies; experience with Chewy.com.

Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary of $3,500–$3,750.
  • Full-time, fully remote role with flexible hours and occasional emergency handling.
  • Paid holidays and sick days after 90 days of employment.
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses after 6 months tied to Amazon sales.
  • Additional pay for occasional weekend work.
