Description

  • Proactively engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early usage.
  • Reach out to low-activity or at-risk users and help them get back on track.
  • Act as a human recovery layer by understanding frustration, diagnosing issues, and rebuilding trust through direct conversation.
  • Help users understand what they can improve to get better results through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Recommend profile, CV, and job search improvements, including relevant paid add-ons when they add value.
  • Share recurring user feedback and patterns with the Product team to improve the customer experience.
  • Support early-stage user activation and retention through proactive customer engagement.
  • Drive additional product conversion by identifying when users may benefit from resume review or other paid add-ons.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent or native English and Russian.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone.
  • Comfortable working proactively rather than waiting for tickets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
  • High-speed internet connection with VPN-free access.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role focused on support, sales, or account management is preferred.
  • Willingness to complete a hiring process that includes a Loom video, HR introduction call, team interview, and reference check.
