Description

  • Proactively engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early usage.
  • Reach out to users showing low activity or early churn signals and help them re-engage.
  • Act as a human recovery layer by understanding user frustration, diagnosing issues, and rebuilding trust through direct conversation.
  • Help users understand what can be improved to get better results through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Recommend profile, CV, or job-search improvements, including relevant paid add-ons when they add value.
  • Share user feedback and recurring patterns with the Product team to improve the customer experience.
  • Support users in fully activating, staying engaged, and progressing toward their goals.
  • Drive activation, retention, and additional product conversion through proactive customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent or native English and Russian.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone.
  • Comfortable working proactively rather than waiting for tickets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
  • High-speed internet connection that is VPN-free.
