Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered product features.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from hypothesis development to scaled impact.
  • Translate business problems into machine learning hypotheses and solution approaches.
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on data requirements, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and delivery processes.
  • Design and run rapid validation experiments, including A/B tests, shadow models, and phased rollouts.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty using pragmatic experimentation methods.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to simplify ambiguous, complex challenges and prioritize the highest-impact work.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to align on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Drive improvements in matching, ranking, personalization, and job relevance systems.
  • Support feature development for job supply coverage, resume enhancement, and application success outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, or personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and operating processes with ML engineering teams.
  • Experience formulating and rigorously testing hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations when making product decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype quickly and avoid over-engineering.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, noisy data, and contradictory model results.
  • Fluent English and Russian, with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer role.
  • Nice to have: HRTech experience.
