Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features for the JobHunt Engine.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact, with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solution approaches.
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and delivery processes.
  • Design and run rapid validation cycles using methods such as A/B tests, shadow models, and phased rollouts.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty using limited data or infrastructure.
  • Break down complex, ambiguous problems into simple and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to align on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Work on improving job supply coverage, matching logic, job relevance, and resume enhancement capabilities.
  • Improve core business metrics such as job placement success, matching quality, and application-to-offer conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, and personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows with ML engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to test product and ML hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations when making decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build quick prototypes without over-engineering.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, noisy data, and contradictory model results.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer.
  • HRTech experience is a strong plus.
