Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features for the JobHunt Engine.
  • Own the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact, with focus on business outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solution approaches.
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on data requirements, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and delivery processes.
  • Design and run rapid validation experiments using methods such as A/B tests, shadow models, and phased rollouts.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty using limited data or infrastructure.
  • Break down ambiguous problems into simple, effective solutions and prioritize what matters most.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to align stakeholders on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Drive improvements in job matching, ranking, personalization, and resume enhancement features.
  • Establish and track baseline and improved coverage, relevance, and conversion metrics across the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, and personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and operating processes with ML engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build quick prototypes without over-engineering.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, contradictory model results, and noisy data.
  • Fluent English and Russian, with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer role.
  • HRTech experience is a strong plus.
