Description

  • Create a lightweight design system covering colors, typography, buttons, forms, and cards that is ready for development.
  • Redesign two product flows, including the job queue preview and offer celebration experience.
  • Conduct a one-page UX audit to identify friction points and trust gaps in the B2C funnel.
  • Write clear UX copy as part of the design work, not placeholder text.
  • Collaborate with the internal team during a 2-week freelance engagement to deliver design outputs on time.
  • Produce deliverables for a full-time equivalent workload of 40 hours per week across the contract period.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a B2C web focus.
  • Proven experience building a design system.
  • Ability to write UX copy, not just placeholder text.
  • Familiarity with basic product metrics such as activation, retention, and FTUE.
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, variants, and Dev Mode.
  • Comfort working with AI-related products or tools.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong B2C web design work.
  • Availability for a freelance, full-time 40-hour-per-week contract for 2 weeks from April 27 to May 10.
  • Ability to provide examples of 2–3 companies with strong B2C web design and explain why.
  • Experience with product design work for web applications (preferred).
