Description

  • Create a lightweight design system covering colors, typography, buttons, forms, and cards that is ready for development.
  • Redesign two B2C web product flows, including the job queue preview and offer celebration experience, to improve clarity, speed, and retention.
  • Conduct a one-page UX audit to identify friction points and trust gaps in the B2C funnel.
  • Collaborate on a short-term freelance assignment during the period when the internal designer is on vacation.
  • Produce UX copy as part of the design work, not just visual layouts.
  • Work remotely on a full-time freelance schedule for the two-week engagement.
  • Prepare and submit portfolio materials and a brief written response as part of the application process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a B2C web focus.
  • A strong B2C web portfolio.
  • Experience building a design system.
  • Ability to write UX copy, not just placeholder text.
  • Basic understanding of product metrics such as activation, retention, and FTUE.
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, variants, and Dev Mode.
  • Experience working with AI products or strong AI proficiency.
  • Availability for a full-time freelance commitment of 40 hours per week from April 27 to May 10.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Fee range of $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
