Description

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ creatives in the global HR tech and AI product markets.
  • Research target audiences, candidate and employer needs, pain points, and insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create briefs and tasks for static creatives, video/UGC scripts, and static banners.
  • Build test hypotheses and run experiments across advertising platforms.
  • Manage creative projects from idea to final delivery, including quality control and deadline tracking.
  • Review the effectiveness of creatives and advertising campaigns.
  • Generate insights to improve visuals, messaging, and creative mechanics.
  • Propose new hypotheses and systematically test alternative approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative/Marketing Producer in an IT product company, digital agency, or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with Facebook ads video and vertical-format creative production.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators and propose improvement hypotheses.
  • Strong research skills across audiences, competitors, and product analysis.
  • Understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google, and performance marketing principles.
  • Competence in static and video production from concept to final approval.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful creatives.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly share ideas with the team.
