Description

  • Design compelling social media posts, carousels, and graphics that align with the brand identity.
  • Enhance visuals through advanced photo editing, color grading, and image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, infographics, charts, and visual elements for professional reports and whitepapers in Adobe InDesign.
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences and transform data-heavy content into clear, polished slides.
  • Support commercial, data science, and research teams in upscaling reports and proposals.
  • Create AI-generated visuals using tools such as MidJourney and integrate them into the content strategy.
  • Produce internal communications materials that are visually appealing and easy to repurpose.
  • Design vector graphics, icons, and web-ready SVGs using Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in consultancy or B2B environments.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in AI image generation and design tools such as MidJourney and similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in art direction, conceptual development, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint design principles.
  • Experience with long-form design, including InDesign reports and whitepapers.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Sketch, or XD is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to precision and brand consistency.
